Terms
Last updated 19 October 2026
OPH / DUTY works because members treat each other well. By joining, you agree to these terms. They're short, and we've kept them plain.
Who can join
- You must be 21 or older.
- Use your real name, and keep one account per person.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
How we treat each other
- No harassment, threats, hate, or unwanted advances, in posts, messages or at events.
- No spam, scams, pyramid schemes or selling to members who didn't ask.
- Don't share what members say in a Circle, or their photos, outside OPH / DUTY without their permission.
- Only post photos you have the right to share, and ask before posting a clear photo of someone else.
- Nothing illegal, sexually explicit, or that exposes someone's private information.
If someone breaks these rules, report them from their profile or the post. Admins and Circle hosts may hide content, remove people from a Circle, or suspend an account, for a few days or for good. A suspended member sees the reason and when it ends.
Your content
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the members who are allowed to see it, for as long as it's on OPH / DUTY. Delete a post and it's gone from the app; delete your account and your posts go with it.
Events and tickets
- An event's page shows its price, venue and any conditions. Your ticket is confirmed once your payment is marked as received.
- Tickets are personal and can't be resold unless the event page says so.
- If we cancel an event, we refund what you paid. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable, unless the event page says otherwise.
- Events are 21+. Drink responsibly, follow the venue's rules and staff, and look out for each other. You attend at your own risk, and we may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave who puts others at risk.
The service
We work hard to keep OPH / DUTY running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or retire features. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by members' behaviour or by outages.
Leaving
You can leave any time in Profile → Delete account. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
The law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll tell members in the app first. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. For questions, use Report on any profile or post and say what you need; our admins read every report (an email address is coming soon).
